Element The Quarter was completed in summer 2023. We were really excited to deliver this one, it’s a great design by the architects Falconer Chester Hall. We have installed large squint reveals on all the large windows alternating left and right floor by floor, the low level early morning sun and evening sunsets really help define this architectural feature. Finally, the main masonry feature of this build, being the large radius sweeping round, was great to see when the scaffold was taken down!
